Each of the training programmes consists of 4 modules. Each module being of 2 weeks duration (sales modules 1 week). The training is in the form of written materials, structured tasks, coaching, feedback sessions and question and answer sessions. When the programme commences, your first module will be downloaded to you. Each chapter includes exercises to practice and questions to answer. You will also be given a secure password to enter the notice-board for your chosen training programme. You can leave comments, news about yourself or questions on the notice board, at any time, so that the trainers and other participants can respond to you. ![]() It is always useful to hear the experiences of other participants, to see the responses they got and to find out what they learned from their experiences. People are often surprised that making a small change to what they are doing can make a large impact on the behaviour of someone else. In addition once a week there will be an opportunity to enter the inter-active notice-board/tutorial. Here you can ask questions and get instant answers from trainers and other participants. What you will receive Your programme will provide a manual that will be downloaded to you in four parts. This contains information, models, tools, techniques, content and process. To maximise the benefits from this experiential learning programme you will be given exercises to practice on your own and with others. You will find the programme informative, interesting, very practical and lots of fun! You will learn not only from the trainers but also from other participants and most of all from your own experiences. You will be surprised how much you develop in a short space of time. Journal of Experience You will be asked to practice what you have learned on each module and to write it up briefly as experience and evidence of how useful the tools and techniques really are. It is rewarding to record your successes and observe your progress. Certification For certification you will be required to send the completed exercises and personal journal back to us for assessment. You will be expected to take part in discussions on the bulletin board at a time convenient to yourself within each allotted module time-slot, to contribute to tutorials at set times and to demonstrate that you have carried out the exercises to an acceptable standard. When you complete the programme satisfactorily you will be sent your certificate by post. |
